【摘要】:Thepullouttestmethodisintendedasaperformancetesttoprovidetheuserwithasetofdesignvaluesforthetestconditionsexamined.5.1.1Thetestmethodisapplicabletoallgeosyntheticsandallsoils.5.1.2Thistestmethodproducestestdata,whichcanbeusedinthedesignofgeosynthetic-reinforcedretainingwalls,slopes,andembankments,orinotherapplicationswhereresistanceofageosynthetictopulloutundersimulatedfieldconditionsisimportant.5.1.3Thetestresultsmayalsoprovideinformationrelatedtothein-soilstress-strainresponseofageosyntheticunderconfinedloadingconditions.Thepulloutresistanceversusnormalstressplotobtainedfromthistestisafunctionofsoilgradation,plasticity,as-placeddryunitweight,moisturecontent,lengthandsurfacecharacteristicsofthegeosyntheticandothertestparameters.Therefore,resultsareexpressedintermsoftheactualtestconditions.Thetestmeasurestheneteffectofacombinationofpulloutmechanisms,whichmayvarydependingontypeofgeosyntheticspecimen,embedmentlength,relativeopeningsize,soiltype,displacementrate,normalstress,andotherfactors.Informationbetweenlaboratoriesonprecisionisincomplete.Incasesofdispute,comparativeteststodetermineifthereisastatisticalbiasbetweenlaboratoriesmaybeadvisable.1.1Resistanceofageosynthetictopulloutfromsoilisdeterminedusingalaboratorypulloutbox.1.2Thetestmethodisintendedtobeaperformancetestconductedascloselyaspossibletoreplicatedesignoras-builtconditions.Itcanalsobeusedtocomparedifferentgeosynthetics,soiltypes,etc.,andtherebybeusedasaresearchanddevelopmenttestprocedure.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesstatedinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
